Moving Day

As we prepare for the holiday season, Lakeshore Advantage and the Surge program are preparing for their big move. Construction crews are busy installing final finishes on the interior and exterior. On the outside, final landscaping and signage has been installed around the building. Soon, our construction fencing will be removed, giving the community a full view of the beautiful, light filled first floor. On the interior, crews are working on final carpentry and finish details alongside the completion of all municipal inspections. Teams are also programming and testing all the audio/visual technology in the building's many conference and presentation areas. Our team is very excited to share the completed space with the community in just a few weeks!
